One person in a single room:

Large Private accommodation
One person in a single room:
$3,023.12/month

Large Private accommodation
Two people in a single room:
$3,714.69/month

Suites
A double room occupied by two people: $4,030.88/month
A double room occupied by one person: $3,436.62/month

 

 

The above rates are effective July 1st, 2023 and include all services, with the exception of telephone and cable which are the responsibility of the resident.
