Small Private accommodation
One person in a single room:

Large Private accommodation
One person in a single room:

Large Private accommodation
Two people in a single room:
$3,983.50/month

​

Suites
A double room occupied by one person: $3,685.52/month

 

 

The above rates are effective July 1st, 2026 and include all services, with the exception of telephone and cable which are the responsibility of the resident.
